                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM SHIRLEY THOMAS, RELATIVE
                   TO CONTRACT NO. 76, DAYTONA HEIGHTS
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM, TRACT NO. 163, FOR A
                   TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND FIVE
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Shirley Thomas, relative to
       Contract No. 76, Daytona Heights Collection System, Tract No. 163 

       for a total consideration of $1,500.00.
